Shipping and Handling
Orders ship on a first come first served basis.
If you'd like to receive your item(s) via Express Mail, please contact us.
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Royal Mail for inner UK
- Courier Service of our choice for International
We ship at the most affordable rate for our customers. Shipping cost includes packaging-bubble wrap & envelope or box for larger items. We may upgrade shipping method on our part as long as shipping cost paid covers it!
For technical reasons postage is calculated automatically, regardless of buyer's location. Should your shipping cost be lower (e.g. for UK) we will refund the difference.
Returns
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. We accept returns within a period of 14 days after purchase and will refund you the full price minus shipping, given the item is returned in saleable condition!
Made to order items are not returnable.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages!
